Sport & Wellness aims to all people who love movement and wellbeing, in order to gain good health and welfare. The following text is very simple and essentially based on prevention, and on the belief that physical movement will be your best friend at all ages. We would like you to notice that to keep your body in shape, it is not only important to jump and to run. You may achieve fitness harmonizing your body, learning how to balance movement, and knowing how and what to eat.

The present plan has been realized by Manrico Ferrari, Exercise Physiology graduate (Rome-Italy), Master in training methodology, qualified to teach at Secondary High school level, Professor of Physical Education, as Rome Football Club body trainer, Federal Teacher at FILPJK CONI (Italy), Director of New CAST Health Club. Manrico has been the manager of the Olympic Center FILPJK CONI – National School, College, has also cooperated with the Teather of Rome. |
